    Xtra Fitness is the areas most affordable training option.  We specialize in Small Group training circuits called X-Circuits.  With our X-Circuit format our clients burn more calories in less time.  All you have to do is show up and we provide the workout.  All circuits are designed and run by professional trainers in a interval  based structure combining cardiovascular, resistance and core training exercises.  With our innovative approach our members get the professional guidance, motivation, and education similar to private training for as low as $99 per month. 

     With over 30 X-Circuit a week to choose from and no appointment needed Xtra  Fitness offers the convenience to keep your workouts going.  We create new dynamic circuits during the week to provide the variety needed to make sure your body stays challenged and so you never get bored.  We provide level 1 and level 2 exercise options to accommodate all fitness levels with a safe and effective approach.

    In addition, we also offer 2 bootcamp options for all members at no extra cost.

X-Camp Cardio is one of our biggest calorie burning workouts.  X-Camp Cardio is a full hour of fat burning and heart pounding exercise that will leave you feeling amazing. X-Camp Ripped is our other bootcamp that will have your muscles crying for help. This workout targets all muscle groups in one workout and focuses on strength and resistance training.
